Welcome Olive Middle School Families!
My name is Pamela Cruz, and I am the very proud principal of Olive Middle School. I am honored and excited to join this amazing community and to embrace and carry out our mission of working together to achieve success for ALL students.
Olive Middle School holds a very special place in my heart. I had the privilege of serving the Olive community from 2005 to 2012 as a teacher and resource teacher, and I know firsthand how dedicated our learning community is to meeting the needs of ALL students. There is a true sense of pride and commitment to our students and their success. The achievements obtained on our campus are credited to all stakeholders, including our parents. It is the positive relationships and our shared vision that guarantee our continued success. I encourage ALL parents to be informed, stay connected, and actively partner in your child’s education. Student achievement has been and will continue to be a priority at Olive Middle School, and we will work collectively to ensure that our students achieve their academic and social goals as Lancers.
The core values at Olive are: Respectful, Responsible, and Prepared. These are foundational and expected of ALL Olive Middle School community members. When held to high behavior and performance expectations, our students will rise to the occasion. Building family and maintaining a culture of community are essential to setting the stage for our students to thrive. Together, we will place the wellbeing and overall success of our students at the forefront. Working collaboratively will help optimize their learning experience. Maintaining open lines of communication both at home and at school is important; therefore, please do not hesitate to contact me or any staff member for assistance when needed.

Mi nombre es Pamela Cruz, y soy la orgullosa directora de la Escuela Intermedia Olive. Me siento honrada y emocionada de unirme a esta increíble comunidad y aceptar y llevar a cabo nuestra misión de trabajar juntos para lograr el éxito de TODOS los estudiantes.
La escuela Olive ocupa un lugar muy especial en mi corazón. Tuve el privilegio de servir a la comunidad de Olive de 2005 a 2012 como maestra y maestra de recursos, y sé de primera mano lo dedicados que son los miembros de nuestra comunidad para satisfacer las necesidades de TODOS los estudiantes. Hay un verdadero sentido de orgullo y compromiso con nuestros estudiantes y su éxito. Los logros obtenidos en nuestra escuela se acreditan a todos los interesados, incluidos nuestros padres. Son las relaciones positivas y nuestra visión compartida las que garantizan nuestro éxito continuo. Les sugiero que se mantengan informados, conectados, y participen activamente en la educación de su hijo/a.
